ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಗೋರಿಪಾಳ್ಯ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ ಎಂದು ಕರೆದಿದ್ದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶ ವೇದವ್ಯಾಸಾಚಾರ್ ಶ್ರೀಷಾನಂದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ ‘ಸು ಮೋಟೋ’ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಕೇಳಿ ಶ್ರೀಷಾನಂದ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.
ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ, ಅವರ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ವೈರಲ್‌ ಆಗಿತ್ತು. ಇದೀಗ, ಶ್ರೀಷಾನಂದ ಅವರು ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ವಿವಾದಾತ್ಮಕ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ವಿಡಿಯೋ ವೈರಲ್‌ ಆಗಿದೆ. ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಶ್ರೀಷಾನಂದ ಅವರು ಪುರುಷ ವಕೀಲ ಧರಿಸಿರುವ ಅಂಡರ್‌ ಗಾರ್ಮೆಂಟ್ (ಒಳ ಉಡುಪು) ಯಾವುದು ಎಂದೂ ನಾಳೆ ಹೇಳ್ತೀರಿ ಎಂದು ಮಹಿಳಾ ವಕೀಲೆಗೆ ಅಪಮಾನಿಸಿರುವ ವಿಡಿಯೋ ವೈರಲ್‌ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಶ್ರೀಷಾನಂದ ಅವರು ಮತ್ತೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಆಕ್ರೋಶಕ್ಕೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಪ್ರಕರಣವೊಂದರ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಶ್ರೀಷಾನಂದ ಅವರು, ಪುರುಷ ವಕೀಲನಿಗೆ ‘ನೀವು ಇನ್‌ಕಮ್‌ ಟ್ಯಾಕ್ಸ್‌ ಅಸೆಸ್ಸಿಯೇ’ ಎಂದು ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆಗ, ತಕ್ಷಣ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ ಮಹಿಳಾ ವಕೀಲೆ, “ಹೌದು. ಅವರು ಇನ್‌ಕಮ್‌ ಟ್ಯಾಕ್ಸ್‌ ಅಸೆಸ್ಸಿ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮಹಿಳಾ ವಕೀಲೆ ಮಾತಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರು, “ವೇಯ್ಟ್‌ ಅಮ್ಮ. ನೀವು ಯಾಕೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೀರಿ? ಅವರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ತಿಳಿದಿದೆ. ನಾಳೆ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಅವರು ಯಾವ ಬಣ್ಣದ ಅಂಡರ್‌ ಗಾರ್ಮೆಂಟ್ (ಒಳ ಉಡುಪು) ಧರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದೂ ನೀವು ಹೇಳುತ್ತೀರಿ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮಹಿಳಾ ವಕೀಲೆಯನ್ನು ಅಪಮಾನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಅಸಮಾಧಾನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ ಹಿರಿಯ ವಕೀಲೆ ಇಂದಿರಾ ಜೈಸಿಂಗ್, “ಈ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸ್ವಯಂಪ್ರೇರಿತ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಅವರನ್ನು ಲಿಂಗ ಸಂವೇದನೆ ತರಬೇತಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಾವು ಭಾರತದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Honourable Supreme Court should demote this particular judge next lower level court. These kind of judges are saffronising the court rooms. His out of court activities needs to be probed deeply to understand what kind of a person he is.

What he said is truth.He has got every right to express hisviews.It is his fundamentel right. He used comparison to that honble advocate’s interference in the middle of the argument.It is not his deliberate attempt to tarnish the image.The Goripalya incident is also 100% truth.What action the law and order authirtis have intiated for the sheer violation of law.?
